Great deal for a rehabber in Trenton.

family semi-attached, good neighborhood, 3BR, 1 bath, unfinished basement and attic

needs kit, bath, carpet, paint

rehab estimate: $9-10k

ARV: $110k, askin 54,000

 

This will make a real nice, cash-flowing rental for a landlord/rehabber. I need to move this house quickly before I leave for my holiday vacation, so jump on it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
