I have a very nice performing 2nd mortgage note for sale. Great way to get started in note investing with a relatively small investment. Details:

Origination Date: 3/2007

Status: Performing
End of term: 4/20/2022

SR Lien Balance: $90,057
SR Lien Status: Current as of 4/2/12

12 Month IRR: 19.00% cash on cash return

CouponPayment: $159.82
# Payments Remaining: 120 @ 159.82 = $19,178.00 total return over loan term
