9 Unit Apt Bldg in Jersey City, NJ - Great Investment Opportunity

I have a 9 unit apartment building in Jersey City selling for $299.000. The current rent is approx $7000 . The building is in good shape and does not require any remodeling. Looking for serious cash buyers immediately as the opportunity will not last. Please respond to this post and I will get back to you.

    We are very active cash buyers of 5-50 units in JC, Union City and similar areas. The prices sounds good on first glance. Can i see it TODAY Friday 8/24.
