Foreclosure in Rockaway Need Buyer Today

newer vinyl siding and windows, needs septic but might be able to get bank to pay for half, under ground oil tank but was replaced with fiberglass tank. kitchen in need of rehab and bathroom has a leek some place, believed to be from no shower seal, only 1 broke wall tile. Spacious rms, hardwood flors on both levels (need refinishing), nice design on 1st flr. 6 rms total. .39 lot size, GLA 1404. asking $189,000. 2 car garage in need of doors but good condition.
