Florida investment opportunities

I'm soon moving to Florida where I bought a short sale home and I'm looking forward to further investing in that state where foreclosed properties exist in great abundance. If you have an interest in this area and possibly partnering with me on some deals I'd like to hear from you. I'll be settling there permanently by the fall. Currently I'm still living in NY where I have enjoyed learning about the many facets of this business from both live seminars and online events.

    Dennis,

     I'm relocating to Port St. Lucie and will be down there more or less permanently by the fall. Right now I'm in NYC getting some things ready to sell my apartment so I can move on. I can give you my number if you want to talk more while I'm up here. I'll be attending a tax lien seminar in NJ later this month and that's part of my strategy- to find tax deed/lien properties in Florida to make some $
