Does anyone have any deals in NYC?

Greetings Folks! I am a Buyer Rep for a number of cash buyers here in the NY Metro Area. 

 

Properties can be from 1-100 families and should be less than $5MM per property. 

 

Fixer-uppers and gut rehabs are OK. Fire-Damaged homes are no problem as well,

as long as they are priced right.
