I am looking for a way to get inexpensive comps. Is there anyone who has a relatively inexpensive way (the cheapest quality comparables I've seen is $100/month and I can't afford that much right now) to get comps? If so please let me know. All suggestions are welcome!

I suppose marrying or dating can be the most expensive option.
Seriously, if you find an agent to give you access, that relationship should be nurtured.
Ziprealty.com shows sold homes in an area, showing info about the specifics of each home. It's free and it's pretty great if you don't mind spending some time figuring out comps. I also came across this article concerning analyzing comps:

Hope those two things help a bit!
if in Bergen County just email me Holzconsulting@yahoo.com
