I've had this concept for about 5 years now but never tested it across an entire market.
Imagine utilizing a "Sanitized for your Safety" Logo in your home listings.
Of course a 'Sanitized' home is also an odor and mold free home so I would only imagine
that this could help a sale??
If you hire a staging service could a odor free and sanitizing home certification
be a logical addition to staging a home?
Any thoughts from the experts would be appreciated.
