BPO companies to get BPOs - any recommendation?

Hi all,

I am planning to buy mortgage notes and checking the value of properties, one in Los Angeles, CA and the other in Treanton, NJ.  I hear people saying the free valuation sites are not reliable, and then started looking for BPO companies online. The problem is I found hundreds of them.

Have anyone used these companies (such as Corelogic, Clear Capital, or likes) and have recommendation, in terms of reliability, price and speed.  I assume $120 - $150 per BPO and 1 - 4 days turnaround is common, but any input would be helpful.

If you have not used these online BPO services, please let me know how you get BPOs when necessary.

Hi Norio,

 

I'm a realtor in NJ. I regularly do BPOs for SAM Valuation. They pay $100 for an exterior BPO. Check them out.

Thank you for your reply.  I will check them out, but could you tell me how long an external BPO would normally take and if they do business nationwide?
