Thank you for the suggestion. Your right the library is a great resource. I totally agree it is very easy to get overloaded with information as I've been there but your suggestion of finding a strategy that works is a good idea and a good place to start.
Don't forget your local library, there is a wealth of information and it is free. you can always go to barnes and noble and sit in the cafe and read books.
Just be cautious with information overload, find a wholesale system that someone has created, and just stick with it. Sometimes people get overwhelmed by too much information, everyone's wholesaling system will be different but the fundamental principles will be the same.
Thank you for the help I really appreciate it. I'll e-mail you today and I would definitely like to learn more about your program and some books. At the moment I am reading and gathering information so anything that you recommend will be greatly appreciated. A million thanks for the help Dan! Keep an eye out for delmar212@hotmail.com. I'll be e-mailing you soon...

There are many great sources. If you are just looking for one topic, I can recommend a few books; but if you are looking for a broader education on all subjects in real estate you may be interested in a program I belong to. Please feel free to email me (danmansour@gmail.com) or call me 201-297-6004. I'd be happy to give you more info.
Thanks,
Dan

Welcome. A lof of his ideas I am not sure how appropriate for current market or our area. However it does provide a lot of concepts and insights. Plus a lot of it is motivational.

Maria,
If you enjoy podcasts (free btw iTunes) I highly recomend Sean Terry as mentioned and Matt Theriault.
Eric Medemar has some good programs. More in-depth than some of the books.
Not free but much lower cost than than the "Gurus" who will charge you thousands.
