I have this nice property on GREYLOCK PARKWAY in Belleville.
3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 car garage.  It needs about 30-35K in work.
ARV is $230-235K.
Asking price is $150K obo
25 X 100 Lot / Taxes are $6K

    Eric, 

     

    i'm not at liberty to give the exact address as we're still negotiating with the bank. trying to get them as low as possible we're kinda close to where we wouldn't mind purchasing. if you can get closer to $135 - $140, we may have a deal.

    Based on your figures alone, yes.   But I have not seen the property, don't even know the address.
