Beachwood - 3 bed/2 bath - Great cash flow property!

We currently have this property under contract and are looking to assign it to a cash buyer.  It is 5 minutes from the bay and marina's.  15 - 20 minutes from Seaside.  If you are interested, please let me know.  The rent on this could be $1500 a month.  It's a 3 bed/2 bath raised ranch.  It's perfect for a lease option or a renter.  If you would like to flip it, you can but, the money is better for cash flow.
