Attorneys with experience in private money/hard money lending in NY/NJ

Everyone,

I am looking for attorneys with experience in private money/hard money lending in NY and NJ.  I have been searching websites for attorneys covering commercial lending area but most of them represent financial institutes and work on banking law issues.

I would greatly appreciate if you could give me some referrals to attorneys who are working with private money/hard money lenders.

        rehab property based on arv value i came across someone for 100% with 18 interest

          Isaac,

          If you have that and they will really close I would immediately pull the trigger and work with them.

           

          I will pay you a referral fee if I close on a deal with them.  How do I get in touch with them?

            sorry i just find out they will lend 100 percent if u collateralize another property 

            where is best to look for short sale deals do u know?

    Don't waste time....call Jon Hornik 732-409-1144 - he is about the best there is in New Jersey.

      Thank you. Look like he is the mayor of a municipal in NJ. Is this mayor the person you mentioned or just a coincident?
