Attorney Needed

Looking for an attorney that can work NJ and NY AND can escrow my earnest deposit?  I"m looking for recommendations.  Too may of them out there that don't work with investors and don't know how to do things.

    Have two firms that I would recommend based out of Montclair and Orange NJ respectively.
