Asset Based Loans

Hi is there anyone that can recommend any Asset Based Companies for single family homes, all I'm finding online are funding mostly commercial deals. I have a couple of projects I'm working on and need cash out refi.

    Hello, if you are talking about properties you already own than maybe I can help.

     

    I have a few lenders I work with that can accomodate cash out refis of SFHs.
