Im pretty new to the site and to Real Estate Investing. Im a graduating college senior this year and Im really interested in pursuing a real estate investing career. I would like to intern for a savvy investor that can teach me the ropes of the business, while I help as an intern in daily duties and tasks. I have experience in sales and marketing and a real passion for real estate. I think that this combination will make me a great addition to any team. Im basically looking for a mentor that will lead me through the correct path and possibly make some deals with me while I learn to be a great investor and act as an intern.

My name is Joel Kraut. I have been a real estate investor since the late 1990s. I have been involved in over 100 transactions covering everything from: purchasing raw land and flipping it, building single and multi family homes, commercial buildings, rental properties (too many!), wholesaling, foreclosures, preforclosures, tax liens, tax deeds, note buying and selling, etc...
I work with clients, mostly young people such as yourself helping them learn the ropes, taking them through deals from start to finish, including how to find them.
I charge a one time fee of $499 and then a monthly support fee of $99. I ask for 20% of the profit from your first 3 deals. We will execute deals together. The funding of which will not be a problem.
My job is to help you and provide you the knowledge to be able to operate on your own or if you wish to continue partnering on deals.
