Hi Joel, this house has 3-1bd apt and 1-2bd apt 2 of the 4 units are currently occupied bit can become vacant upon sale if the buyer wishes. Its really a paint, carpet and new kitchen type deal but again all depends on how much u want to put in. It's located on a corner lot in a nice residential area rental rates for that area runs $750-$950 for 1bd apts. Let me know if your interested.
