Hi guys the house is a SFH it's a lite rehab paint, new kitchen, new carpet, windows etc but it all depends on how much you want to put into the house. owner said the hot water tank is new.As far as closing ASAP will be ideal if anyone interested I could email/fax you a non-circumvention agreement and get the ball rolling.
